The check-in process was a mess with misleading information about early arrival!!! The wall lamp had no plug nearby. the entryway conditions were dirty and wet with no coat hooks!!!

Spacious and Convenient Stay!
I had a fantastic time during my stay! The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed, including a fully stocked kitchen that made meal prep a breeze. The location was ideal for exploring the city, just a short walk to parks and close to public transport. The check-in process was seamless with keycode entry, which I appreciated. However, having a lobby or reception area would be a nice addition for guests arriving early.

Good apartment, convenient location, as it was easy to find and close to major attractions like Tivoli. the responsive personnel quickly resolved my parking issue, and the amenities such as flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi made my stay enjoyable.

The 3 Bedroom Penthouse was super comfy for our family! The living area felt really cozy and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped, so making meals was a breeze. Plus, having a grocery shop nearby was a huge win. The elevator in building 5 was working, which made moving our bags easy. Great overall setup for a group!
